APPOINTMENTS
can be made during opening hours by calling in at our reception in person or by telephoning the practice on 01257 267127.
HOME VISITS
are for patients too ill to attend the surgery. They are at the discretion of the doctor. Please telephone reception as soon as possible after 8.30am if you think you need a home visit.
REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
can be requested Monday to Friday by leaving a request slip at the reception post box. We require a MINIMUM of 48 hours notice for repeat prescriptions. Prescriptions may also be requested by fax on 01257 234 665 or email drshackleton@nhs.net.
