BABY, CHILD HEALTH and IMMUNISATION CLINIC
First and Third Wednesdays of every month, 2 pm - 4 pm by appointment - Please contact reception in person or by telephone on 01257 267127 to make an appointment. Health Visitor, practice doctor and Sister Olga Bickerton in attendance.

DIABETIC CLINIC
First Tuesday of every month, 2-30pm - 4-30pm by appointment with our Podiatrist - Please contact reception in person or by telephone on 01257 267127 to make an appointment.

TREATMENT ROOM

WELL PERSON CHECKS
With Sister Olga Bickerton, to include all aspects of general health (and teaching of breast examination in women).

FAMILY PLANNING SERVICE

CERVICAL SMEAR TESTS

MATERNITY MEDICAL SERVICE

FOREIGN TRAVEL VACCINATION 
Full service and advice, excluding yellow fever immunisation - Please contact reception in person or by telephone on 01257 267127 to make an appointment. Click Here for foreign travel vaccination charges.

SMOKING CESSATION
Advice and prescription of appropriate products. Referrals can be made to local smoking cessation advisers. Please contact reception in person or by telephone on 01257 267127 to make an appointment.

COMPLAINTS and COMMENTS
These should be forwarded to any member of staff.
A response from the Doctors will follow any complaint directed at the practice or any of its services. A separate leaflet to explain this is available from reception. We would ask patients to notify us as soon as possible if they are unable to attend for an appointment.

We have a zero tolerance policy towards violent and/or abusive behaviour by any patient or relative / acquaintance of a patient, towards any of our staff. Such behaviour will lead to arrest, immediate removal from the Practice's list of patients, and criminal prosecution.
