PRACTICE AREA
includes Chorley, Astley Village, Euxton (east of the A49 and south of Euxton lane), parts of Whittle-le-Woods, Charnock Richard, Heath Charnock and Higher Adlington. Further details and a map is available at reception. We do not accept patients residing outside the practice area.
CAR PARKING
The nearest large car park is on Fleet Street (approximately 3 minutes walk from the Medical Centre). Short term on street parking is possible on Cunliffe St. Please do not obstruct the surgery passage way.
ACCESS FOR THE DISABLED
 Ground floor access is available to disabled patients for all services provided by the practice.There are disabled toilet facilities, including nappy changing. Portable induction loop systems are available for hearing aid wearers.
